Innovation and Future

On 30 September, during the Aveiro Tech Week event, as part of the V Meeting of Partners of the National Test Beds Network, the Textile of the Future project had the honour of receiving a visit from the Secretary of State for the Economy, João Rui Ferreira, the president of ANI, João Grilo and the president of IAPMEI, José Pulido Valente.

During the visit to the stand, the innovations of the Textile of the Future project were presented, which aims to boost digitalisation and environmental sustainability in the textile industry through innovative and technological solutions.

Upvalue and The Danygil Company had the opportunity to show the evolution of their developments in the Textile of the Future test bed.

Aveiro Tech Week is a week-long event dedicated to technology, art and culture held in the city of Aveiro. It began on 30 September and ends on 6 October 2024. The V Meeting of Partners of the National Test Beds Network aims to share difficulties, questions and solutions between companies that are members of the National Test Beds Network programme.
